As a reminder, as requested by Archbishop Shelton, after you receive communion and return to your pew, you should kneel again or sit in the pew. Standing after returning to your pew is no longer the norm. After everyone receives communion and if there are remaining hosts returned to the tabernacle you should then sit after the tabernacle is closed. This is just a simple reminder of the new norms.
